Shipping Information

 

Regular Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed. 
  • Orders received on weekends & public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. 
  • Parcels are sent via trackable post (in most cases Australia Post) and you will be notified via email of your tracking information once your parcel has left our premises. Parcels are sent with authority-to-leave, so we recommend sending to an address where the parcel can be left securely, or where someone will be available to receive the parcel.

 

Please note that these delivery times are a guideline provided to us from Australia Post, once a parcel leaves the vineyard we do not have any control over unforeseen delays. 

 

Victoria: 2-3 business days

New South Wales:  3-4 business days

Queensland: 4-5 business days

South Australia: 3-4 business days

Western Australia: 6-7 business days

Tasmania: 5-6 business days

Northern Territory: Up to 10 business days

 

Note

  • Given the delicate nature of our merchandise we will not ship orders during extreme heat, if we foresee any delays with your order due to this, we will notify you accordingly.
  • For orders of 12 or more bottles, additional case rates may apply for some locations – get in touch for a delivery quote.

 

Click and Collect

  • If you live within 5kms of Yarrambat Estate and would like to pick up your order, please select this option at the checkout.
  • Once your order is placed we will do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible, and get in contact with a pick-up time.

 

We are also happy to arrange shipping to suit your requirements, for example: express-shipping or adding the requirement for a signature upon delivery - send us an email and we can help to arrange this.
