Made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir and crafted using the Traditional Method with minimal dosage, this fine dry sparkling wine exhibits bursts of citrus and a well balanced textured finish. Complexity will continue to develop. Hand disgorged from October 2017.
